Sorority
Noise is a emo and indie rock band from Hartford, Connecticut. The band
consists of members from the bands Old Gray, Prawn and Two Humans.
Biography
Cameron Boucher
started Sorority Noise in late 2013 with friends as an outlet to explore
musical styles outside his work in Old Gray. This year they released their
first cassette, titled Young Luck, via Broken World Media.
In 2014, the band released their debut album,
titled Forgettable, via Dog Knights Productions and Broken World Media.

On February
22, 2016, whilst at Nottingham's Rock City, the band announced the release of
their next 7", titled It Kindly Stopped For Me. Cam, stated in a series of
tweets that each of the four songs on It Kindly Stopped For Me is dedicated to
a friend that he has lost and how while he was able to better his mental
health, he struggled with finding ways to also help others around him.
This year,
they released their last album called You're Not As _____ As You Think.
“There’s so many people having drug
problems—and a lot of bands who play it safe and don’t want to talk about it,” Cam
explains. “I think it’s important to be shown in modern music. I like to be
honest about my past and talk about things that have had me down. As a
lyricist, you are responsible for the people who care about your music.”
Now,
they´re on tour, so you can see the tour dates on their Facebook.
